poem #6 of nanowrimo - an exceprt

i have decided to share a few poems i wrote for nanowrimo (national novel writing month). this was my first attempt at any poetry, so please read with an open mind.

as

snow falls

it attempts 

to seem

both 

beautiful

and cold.

yet,

as it touches 

the ground

it immediately 

collapses and melts.

it reminds me

of how i fall

for you.
