postcrossing

postcrossing is a site that i use to exchange postcards across the country. i've been using postcrossing since about march of 2017. how it works is: you create an account, and are given an address. you put an id on the postcard and send it to the address you were given. once the person receives the card, they go onto the site and register the id. once the id is registered, your address is sent to someone, and they send you a card. i love this system because you can only get cards if you send cards, which means everyone is actively sending each other cards. i've gotten cards from all across the world! check out some snaps of the cards i've received, as well as the map of sent & received cards from postcrossing. you can check out my postcrossing here.
